We encourage you to read all product descriptions, preview images, and difficulty ratings carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the product is right for you.
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital file delivery, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed.
All digital sales are non-refundable by default.
Once the file has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase cannot be reversed.

Exceptions — When We Will Help
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will issue a refund or provide a replacement file in the following situations:
- Corrupted or unreadable file: The downloaded file cannot be opened or is damaged.
- Wrong file delivered: You received a different product than what was shown on the product page.
- File not received: Payment was charged but you never received access to your download.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
We do not offer refunds for reasons such as: change of mind, lack of skill or experience with the pattern, incompatible software, or purchasing the wrong product by mistake.

Our team will review your request and get back to you with a resolution — either a replacement file or a refund.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support process.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to our store and digital files.
