Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping fees, no delivery waiting times, and no tracking numbers. Your purchase is available to you immediately after payment is confirmed.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital file(s) will be delivered to you in two ways:

• By email: A download link will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.
• Via your account: If you created an account on our website, your purchased files will be accessible from your order history page at any time.

Our digital products are delivered in the following formats:

• PDF — Compatible with any device, phone, tablet, or computer. Easily printable at home.
• Some bundles may include additional file types such as JPEG or PNG preview sheets where applicable.

We recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase and saving a backup copy to your device or cloud storage.

Follow these steps to access your purchase:

• Complete your order and confirm payment at checkout.
• Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Hooksy Creations — including your download link.
• Click the download link and save the file to your device.
• Open the PDF using any free PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Google Drive, etc.).

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

For security reasons, download links may expire after a set period or number of download attempts. If your link has expired, please contact us at contact@hooksycreations.shop with your order number and we will provide a new link promptly.

Since all our products are digital, we happily serve customers worldwide with no additional fees or restrictions. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or international shipping charges — your file is delivered the same way regardless of your location.
